Terms of Service — PollPal

1. The Service

PollPal lets shoppers on your Shopify store create product polls, share them with friends, and collect votes. The App is provided by the PollPal team ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription & billing

PollPal is offered as a flat monthly subscription billed through the Shopify Billing system, with a free trial period as displayed on our App Store listing at the time of installation. There are no usage-based charges, hidden fees, or surprise upgrades. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the App to collect data from shoppers beyond what the App is designed for, to send unsolicited communications, or in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend service for abuse (e.g. automated vote manipulation at scale).

4. Data

Poll and vote data belongs to your store. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. When you uninstall the App, your data is deleted as described there.

5. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via email at support@capitalops.dev — we answer every message.

6. Warranty & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. The latest version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
